What We Collect

When you sign up to get involved or show your support, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, ZIP code, mobile phone number, and, if you request a yard sign, the street address where you want it delivered and any delivery notes you add.

How We Use It

We use your information to send you campaign updates and to organize volunteer efforts. If you ask to be listed publicly as a supporter, we may publish your name as a supporter of the campaign. We never publish your phone number, email address, or street address. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the campaign, and only for that purpose. We also use analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed, so we can improve it.

Text Messages

Our signup form offers two separate, optional text message consent boxes, and you can check either, both, or neither. Transactional consent covers messages related to your signup and campaign activities you have requested, such as signup confirmations, event reminders, and volunteer and yard sign updates. Marketing consent covers campaign announcements and updates, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and requests to support the campaign. Opting in is not a condition of signing up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We keep a record of which consent boxes you checked.

If you choose to give us your mobile number and opt in to campaign texts, we use it only to send you those messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Read our Text Message Terms.

Data Security

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards. This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to supporter information is limited to the people who need it to run the campaign and to the service providers described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also reach the campaign by email at wes@holtforarkansas.com, through the form on our Get Involved page, or through the campaign's Facebook page.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
