Text Message Terms

These terms apply to the Wes Holt for Sheriff text message program, operated by Wes Holt, independent candidate for Sheriff of Poinsett County, Arkansas.

The Program

Supporters who opt in receive recurring campaign text messages from Wes Holt for Sheriff, including campaign updates, event invitations and reminders, volunteer coordination, and requests to support the campaign. Message frequency varies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the Wes Holt for Sheriff text message program.

How to Opt In

Enter your mobile number on the signup form on our Get Involved page and check the text message consent box. Consent is not a condition of signing up.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also email wes@holtforarkansas.com or reach the campaign through the form on our Get Involved page.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Wes Holt for Sheriff does not charge for text messages.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
